MERCADO

After many discussions of possible venues to shoot our music video, and several phone calls to Bar & Cantina 'Mercado' on Stoke Newington Church St, I went to visit them to try and persuade them to let us rent the place for a couple of hours to do our shoot.

Luckily Mohammad the manager was there and I told him about our 'college film coursework' which involved filming part of a scene in Mercado ;)
He agreed, saying that we could do it any day apart from Friday & Saturday, which we expeceted anyway, and that Monday or Tuesday was best. He also said we could do it for FREE(!!!!) as long as we bought drinks...
I suggested the times 3pm-9pm, he said that was fine.
To book we have to call him around 2 weeks in advance, which we can discuss in our meeting on Monday.

Update

Just reminding and confirming the group that i am away for the Notting Hill Carnival filming that we wanted to do.

Just wanted to get an update on the following:

Is the Notting Hill Carnival filming definetly happening? And is Golnessa going aswell that is if she has said yes to being the main girl in the video? If so, do we have an outfit sorted for her to wear?- I haven't found anything suitable
